Default help with an injection system

have an 06 ram 3500 (5.9 cummins). just finnished putting in new injectors and tubes, an airdog 165 and a h&s mini max chip with pyro kit and when i went to start the truck it just turns over without even trying to fire.... i bled the lines out up to the CP3 pump and after that pump, i was getting frustrated so i even cracked the injectors themselves, everything is getting fuel but the truck will not start. no smoke out of the exhaust to show any type of combustion.... i guess it has to be an electrical problem but im not really sure where to start, does anyone have any pointers, advice or tips ? id really appreciate some help....

thanks

Have you tried it without the Mini Maxx?

Do not ever crack the high pressure side of the cr injection system. That could be very dangerous

I didnt bother plugging the mini max in, just installed most of the components etc. i left it unplugged from the obd2 port. And i realize that its dangerous being under 24000 lbs but i couldnt figure any other way to see if there was fuel at the injectors....... Im wonderin if theres a fuse or relay blown...?
