1999-2009 GM full size truck, & SUV including H1 Hummer. Tie rod sleeves go over your OEM tie rods on your steering system for added performance and strength. This kit fixes the toe in and out problem associated with the stock steering system. No more bent tie rods with the sleeves. PPE's stainless steel sleeve wil not rust itself to tie rod, allowing front end alignment to be done with ease.

They will work fine on a daily driver.

 

x2 There are no drivability issued with sleeves installed, they slide over your stock tie rods and brace simmilar to what a cast would do to a broken bone(keeps it from breaking). Theres no problems with them at all and when you install them they will replace the lock nut on the tie rod.
