Expandit only offer the 5" for the Common Rail Trucks. No performance loss with going to a 5" just a deeper exhaust tone.

Default exhaust for 05 ford

I just bought an 05 ford yesterday and was wondering if it would throw any codes or anything with an exhaust and cat delete pipe. I plan on a sct tuner soon also. I'm use to 12 valves so all this stuff is new to me. Thanks

Nope you wont have any issue with codes. Id also like to suggest an EGR Delete Kit.
