Went down Wednesday to meet Lucas Underwood of L&N Performance and to do some work on my truck. First of all he is a helluva guy. Lucas worked on my truck, gave me a Cabin to stay in, and bought me dinner at Outback. Lucas made me feel right at home inviting me into his house and allowing me drink most of his Bud Light. Our venture started off with just a Transgo Intall and some 150hp injectors. After we pulled the Valve Body we discovered some issues with my stock VB and we decided to order and install a Suncoast VB. I even had to stay an extra day waiting on UPS to deliver my new VB. Even though Lucas is only 23 yrs old he is a very very good mechanic and very mature for his age. I had a great time hanging out with him, his friends and his family. If anyone in this area needs his windows tented Mike @ Clear Choice can tent widows like no one I have even seen before.

Now onto my truck...........

We discoved after everything was installed that we that my Transmission Throttle Valve Cable is about completely wore out. Lucas was able to patch it together so that I could get back home and replace the cable. Even with this cable patched together my transmission shifts 100% better. Within the next few months I will be getting back with Lucas to replace my Trans and my TC. My trans just cant handle the power the CUMMINS makes with my 150hp injectors and my Comp/Smarty Stack. It didnt even dawn on me until Friday afternoon that I should have brougt my camera and took pics of both installs.

yeah when I was at lucas's meet that year he made me feel right at home and we had a blast.

This is something Lucas and I have had planned for a while now. It gave me a chance to meet him and check out his shop.
