I built the home depot in The Dalles a few years ago, been about 7 years IIRC.

I live in Bend as well.

Welcome to the site. I have a box of parts that I might have that bracket, just cant remember if I saved it or trashed it.

Thanks for the welcome, as for the part, another member posted yesterday evening that he had a couple, so I'm hoping he'll part w/ one & that I'll hear from him sometime this evening....
