I have owned several VW diesels and a Dodge Megacab 5.9. I am enjoying learn from all the great folks here on the cutting edge of progress.

I am currently looking for information on a good project combination for a 1/2 ton 4x4 pickup with a manual transmission that could have a diesel swapped into it. I have thought about the small Cummins and Isuzu. I would consider a smaller S10, Mazda or Ranger if there are any combinations that work. I would appreciate anyone with knowledge of 4x4 manual pickup diesel installs.
