Default Ford F250 6.0 Diesel

I am a missionary in Liberia, West Africa. I have a 2006 Ford F250, 6.0 engine, superduty. Oil is going into the water. I ordered an oil cooler -EGR 426 , part # 4C3Z 9P456 AJ, from a Ford dealership in the USA. The mechanic installed it but oil is still coming in the water. He said the oil cooler-EGR is not the same as the oil cooler. He said I need to order another oil cooler. Is there another oil cooler that I should order. Please advise.
