Default Hello :D

I'm not good at introductions so here's my life story

Just kidding..

But I'm not good at intros so here's a basic idea

I'm a 19 year old from central PA that has ADHD, generalized anxiety, and paranoia issues I work at a towing-truck sales-auto salvage-Budget Truck rental business. I maintain our fleet of Budget cargo vans and 10/16/24 foot box trucks mechanically, as well as check in/check out and cleaning them. I also do detailing and any other kind of random stuff that needs done around the lot.

I'm told by the older guys I work with that I'm one of the only kids from my generation they've met that shows a true passion for hard work. I do love to work. I work 8:00-5:30 weekdays, and on saturdays after everybody else leaves at noon, I usually help my supervisor get caught up on things for the week til about 8:30 at night. I LOVE work... Or did I already say that?

I'm infamous at work for something... Here's the quick version...

It was two years ago on a cold december day, ice on the ground, and a lot of work to be done, and the supervisor was under a lot of pressure from the boss. And as we all know, sh*t rolls downhill. So he came out into the shop and caught me leaning on the tire of the truck I was working on.. Now for the record I had just busted my knuckle open, and I was waiting it out for a sec before I went back in.. Anyway, he was stressed and snapped at me to "quit standing around, and take the black rollback over to the service shop". So I dropped my ratchet and walked outside while he said "and don't go too fast there's ice on the ground". I knew he was watching, and I knew I had to ease the tension a bit, so I jumped in the rollback and did about 5 complete donuts before drifting it out the fence and around the corner in one fluid motion. After I came back over the boss and him were waiting for me... To my amazement all I got when they turned around were two of the biggest smiles and my 65 year old boss asking "You wanna start running rollback?". This has also launched an annual tradition that I put on a little drift show out on the lot in the shop pickup when it's snowy.. Lucky me

That about sums me up. Mentally unstable 19 year old with a lead foot
