after driving on fwy for 2hrs w/cruse control on set at 70 mph i got off fwy stopped at red light . Truck started to run rough with brake applied . As i started thru entersecton at abt 5mph truck smoothed out . I stopped again i put trans in N and than shifted into D the truck rpms shot up to 2000 than came down to around 800. While on brake with eng running the truck runs as if the excellrator is being applied . For what ever reason the condition came on all of a sudden after stopping at a stoplight now its all of the time. No eng light or eng code was noticed
