i have a 2008 dodge ram 3500 4x4,it has a 6.7 w/auto trans.,truck has kn filters,egr delete,turbo back 4"exhaust,smarty 67me programmer,i like my truck but everyone seems to get much better fuel mileage ha ha,empty @15,loaded @11,neighbor guy has 5.9 and gets 20+ he says.possible lift in future,other mods only if they will really work!!
