Default New to diesels. Need help!

Ive tried postin up on powerstroke.org and have had no luck. I just got my first diesel and its a 2004 6.0 powerstroke. Its been acting up when I first start it. When I start it it idles really low and shakes bad for a few seconds then it kicks up to normal idle and runs fine. It does it at complete random times as well. The only mods to it are an amsoil dual filter kit and an amsoil cone filter with the stock box modded and also straight piped 4 inch cat and muffler delete. Any help you guys could give me would be awesome. If I can get the video to work I will post it up.

Guess its not gonna work. Oh and by the way I have also replaced the cam and crank sensors with no luck. Diesel mechanic put it on the scanner and told me to try that.
