As for exhaust and intake, a 4 inch turbo back exhaust is all you need and I run afe intakes in both my trucks.

I use MBRP exhaust on both of my trucks and I use the AFE intakes. MBRP has good exhaust systems for a good price. If you dont want a tip you can get it without one and save 50-60 bucks. They have a good designed muffler that doesnt drone at high speeds like alot of others do. The AFE intakes i like because they are a big, open filter. No sealed box with a little filter inside, its a big filter that sucks air from everywhere. Just putting those two things on any truck will get you 2-4 mpgs.
