Question New from WA

Hi there, Just purschased my second diesel, new to cummins, dodges and diesel modification. I have a 94 2500 4x4 leveled on 35's needs a little work, start with getting the front end tightened up, gauges and the little things taken care of. From what im told, I have plus 1 injectors (whatever that means i though that they were measured by size or hp) an air dog lift pump, a #6 fuel plate that has ben ground, and it sounds like i have a smaller housing because the turbo seems to constantly be spooling at above 1000 to 1200 rpm. Unknown KDP condition. It is an auto with 4x4 regular cab. I hope that I will find a lot of infromation on here from where to start to modify and how to do it.

Welcome.....check the dowel pin first off, those early ones are famous for it.

Someone may have removed the silencer ring from the compressor side of the turbocharger..the noise gets worse if the air filter is a "high flow" variety.

Cheers

I just add a steering box stabilizer and even though I still have some slop in the wheel. I t make a huge difference driving on bumpy roads.

I live in Kitsap county to, if you need anything. I rebuild torque converters but have access to a bunch of transmission parts or help.

Heck ya
We should get together, i got a big shop if you got a project you want to work on, i also got some parts like leveling kit, a 7" tip, extra heated mirrors, ect. I am looking for parts to do my manual swap, like pedal assembly, boot cover, tranny itself, clutch and so on. Im always down for a weekend project, so hit me up.
