Default dp from KCMO-08 6.4 F350, 56k 12mpg

Hi all,
My first post here. My F350 had the steering box replaced at 24k, radiator started leaking and replaced at 42k, I've got it up to 56k now and can hardly wait to see what's next. I'd love to trick it out, but I'm afraid it's too fragile. It would break for sure. Just biding my time now to see how the diesel truck market goes. I may go to an 07 Dodge and try to live on 30mpg. I need something to pull my 15000 lb., 39 ft. trailer and I'm just scared of this Ford. It's my third and last one. I've been burned on every one of them. Does anyone else have this kind of luck with Fords? If so, how do they stay in business?

Default 07 Dodge & 30mpg

In July, 07 a co-worker had bought an early 07 Dodge. He continually reported with amazement that he was getting 28-32 mpg. I had already bought my 08 F350 (it came out in 07) and was amazed myself. He reported that a friend of his had one too and was getting similar mpg. I understand that Dodge made changes to the model sometime in mid-year and the late ones do not get that kind of mileage. The drawback to the Dodge, for my purposes, is that it wouldn't handle the weight I needed to tow without a lot of mods.

As for your question, I don't know where you could "sine" up.
