Default 6.5 stumbling

Hey all - I have a 98 3/4 Chev 6.5TD that is acting like it's running out of gas(fuel tank is almost full). It will start and run great, then about 3 or 4 mins later down the road it starts to sputter and stumble and then die. It will restart, not immediately, but then will run and do the same thing. I relocated the PMD about a year ago, and just today changed fuel filter and air filter hoping that would help things. Any ideas? Thank you for your vast knowledge on here!

lift pump? my cummins did that, try gravity feeding the lift pump, or directly to the ip if you can.

Yay for the 6.5l! Love those engines. How long do you need to wait before you can restart it? Is it a sharp stumble or like the engine looses power, gets weak, and dies?
