Thanks to 2500HEAVYDUTY post on fuel filters..
Thanks to 2500HeavyDuty and his great detail on changing the fuel filter for my 2004 2500HD Duramax. Took longer than I thought, but I have no upper arm strength. My co-worker said to remove the filter from the top with no problems, but if you have no upper arm strength and the strap wrench is too bulky if won't happen. So on the advice of
2500HEAVYDUTY I took off the panel clip and removed the inner fender liner and there it was. Still hard to get the filter off, but once it loosened it was all down hill from there. All back together and running smoothly.
Thanks for the help 2500HEAVYDUTY...........AZHARLEYGIRL
