Heart Newbie Introduction

Hi,

I am a widow with a special needs son and a WW II DAD who both need a large van for transport. I have a wonderful daughter who helps with everything, too. SOOOOOO I now have a 95 E 350 Ford Club Wagon with a lift. This 7.3 has given me no trouble at all until just recently. At 300,000 mile I guess it's time !

I am fairly mechanical having owned my own Landscape construction co for 26 years. I try to keep up with everything that the van requires. It is hard without a manual. I have searched everywhere for one that I can afford . Anyone know where I can get one that is reasonable? I have the worlds' best brother - in -law who does everything I can't . He is really knowledgable about mechanical stuff including diesel engines ( having been in the NAVY where he was trained on all kinds of BIG diesels). It would be nice when he says "We need a fuel pump", if I could find the number and go get it without having him do all the research as well. It seems all Ford dealers have trouble accessing info before 1996. Also this was an old Shriners Hospital Van for transporting their patients so it seems like it is a little heftier than most normal 15 passenger vans.

Thank you all for being here and allowing the novices to ask silly questions and pick your brain until we get it !!
Dianne

The best option would be to get a Ford Shop manual.

I have this one saved as a bookmark just for quick reference. 1996 Bronco/F-Series Workshop Manual We also have quite a bit of info here for you.
