Hi everyone! I'm a longtime four-wheeler, getting too creaky for the hardcore stuff, so I started looking for what should be my last toy for awhile. Had to be 4x4 and able to tow or carry a camper. I've always liked Mopars, loved the Cummins, never could afford one, gotten used to not financing my vehicles after spending 4 years in the car biz. I came across this beauty of a '91 1st gen, 3rd owner, 119K original miles, rebuilt tranny still under warranty and otherwise stock reg cab PowerRam. I didn't think I'd be able to do anything but prayers were answered and my credit union said they'd loan the $$ I needed to get it, even though it's 20 years old! Now I'm selling my hardcore Samurai to my daughter so I can start buying upgrades for it! Thanks to everyone for the best site I found for 1st Gens. Torque converter, flexplate upgrade, and 3200 rpm spring will be the first 3 things I get after reading hours worth of posts on this site.
