ha, gotcha -- there are only a few teams I can't stand.. we'll leave it at that

Well, the truck is mostly stock cept for the exterior.. mainly have changed ALL of the 01 lights (all LED rear end) and then performance supporting mods are 4" turbo back MBRP exhaust and an AFE Stage 1 intake with Proguard 7 filter and prefilter over that. I have also done the Zoodad... other than that, the drivetrain is all stock (only until tax season )

I must say that I don't really want to quote the #'s my truck "posted" on that dyno you see up there. It seems the #'s were not correct as supposedly my truck put down 255 HP with 101K miles on it when a stock 01 7.3L is rated at 250 @ the crank

Lets just say I wasted my $75, accept for the opportunity to run on a dyno!

I can post all sorts of pictures if ya want though !!!!

ya someone had the wrong parameters in there for that truck..... i always like the Dynojet i run on.... it's the only Nascar approved Dyno because you can't adjust anything that will make the HP differ. it takes it's reading and what it says is what it is........ and it accurately did my HP.... twice the stock crank power at the wheels.... not bad for 160K at the time....

Yah, needless to say I was disappointed -- I wanted a good baseline before I start adding things like a flip chip, water-meth, and maybe turbo/injectors....

oh well, it was more for the experience of doing it -- I know I'm not going to win any contests or races, but its fun to do those things.

I ran my truck for my first time (and its first time) EVER on a 1/4 mile track in Arizona in September -- that was a BLAST!

ya i need to get mine to the track.... it's a dyno queen lately.... i took it to an 1/8 mile track and it rained after the second run and i never got to leave on it hard...... i need to bring a support vehicle with me in case my driveshaft or u-joinds decide to go on to a better place..... they are still the origional 1996 units.....
