Welcome to the site Dan. I'm a new guy also. I am looking to do the same to my 96 f250. Which gen of Cummins did you decide on? Do you have the E4OD or are you swapping out to a manual? I've started to research it a little, so if I can answer any of your preliminary questions please let me know. Talk to you soon. Oh yeah, check out the conversions threads and you can get some great info to start your swap juices flowing. Hopefully talk to you soon.
