Whats up everyone?
I don't own a diesel yet but I'm in the market for one just waiting for the right one.
due to the fact my last truck 83 chevy k10 camper special blew up on when i was playing in the mud because the fuel line to the carb busted and I'll end the story there for now.

 

 

 

i was just looking at the pictures you have of the truck and i have to ask, what on earth happened to the truck? you left it out at the mudding spot and it got stripped?

i was driving a gas truck daily(the chevy in my sig) till just a month or 2 ago, tinkering with the gassers are alot more fun for me but youl really enjoy the reliability and fuel economy of the diesel without having to give up driving a truck, i can beat on my cummins relentlessly and never have to fix it or put up with bad fuel economy.

Sorry to hear about your truck! Hope nobody was hurt...

 

After my truck burned I didn't have a way to get it out and someone has stolen most of what was left on it.
Thanks for the welcome everyone.

My 350 had about 300 hp and was a quick half ton do the quarter in 16.5 on mud tires but the 8 mpg just didn't work for a daily driver.
