welcomewelcome depending on your definition of cheap theres a variety of things you can do. For the most part when people come ask me about mods I suggest head studs egr delete sct tuner bigger exhaust and if a auto to do the snap ring upgrade.

Start off with the simple, easy stuff. Exhaust, intake, gauges, chip/tuner...you just have to keep in mind what you're wanting for the final result, and the condition of your truck (especially trans and turbo) while shopping.
