Howdy everyone, I'm just another silly newb. I have an Eaton 13 speed in my '97 Ram after a second NV4500 broke 5th gear teeth at 17,000 miles; I'm almost done putting a 56 block 2002 ISB in it now with the P Pump parts from the stock 12v. Waiting on some AN fittings for oil feed and fuel return. The 12v block cracked in the water jacket somewhere at 268,000 miles.

I'm not used to doing an intro thread on big sites, but figured I'd bother to this time around. Why not....

truck's going to have been down for about 2 months, I'm gonna have to learn to drive it all over again! I only had about 3-4 months on the trans swap when the motor cracked.

rotten rockers but the rest of mine is solid. this winter has been real easy on it so far

I'm hoping next weekend. If my parts come in for oil and fuel lines I'm pretty much done. Got it ripped out in one night after work with one friend's help, hoping it can go back in almost as easily.
