Have a few Gas ones too. First thing I do- get a base line on mileage then Run Dipetane in fuel for my life with the vehicle. Those that had any black smoke- that cleared up. the mercedes showed 8% improvement vw 12% and the f250 expect to see 5-7% better mpg, starts easier too. reduces greenhouse gasses - the diesels require a 4000 to 6000 miles but see results on the gas engines in just a few tank fulls.
