Just wanted to say hi,
I just picked up my first diesel truck, a '96 ram 5spd 4x4. I picked it up with a pushrod hanging out of the oil pan and shortly found out it has a connecting rod hanging out of the block as well. I nicknamed it saint Cummins, the patron saint of smoke and torque
on account of it being a holy block

I ripped the engine out but the only reasonably priced good running 12v I could find is a '93 so i'm in the process of swapping the head, pump, gearcase, turbo ect. from the '96 engine to the '93 block.
It's a big job but somebody's gotta do it
