Default Hello @ Everyone!

I just joined the forum....

Based on the name of this forum, there has just GOT to be a bunch of TDR members here!

I have been online with TDR since 1998, though in the last few years, have not been online much at all...

I just traded my trusty old 1998.5 24V 2500 4X4 for a brand new 2010 2500 4X4...

She only has 180 miles on her as of today and I'm learning to LOVE this new truck.

I already miss my 98.5...that was the single best vehicle I ever owned.

It had more Mods than I can count...and it actually SOUNDED like a diesel!

I finally realized that at 163,000 I needed to find something new, and last thursday, we parted ways...

Whoever ends up with that truck is going to really enjoy it!

The dealer was very impressed with the old girl, and she was still in like new condition!

I was never rough on her at all...and never towed a thing with it!

Mileage was consistantly @20-22 Mpg, and I can already tell, that will NEVER happen with this 2010

Anyway, onward and upward!

I hope to haunt this forum as much as I can...and I plan on slowly Bombing this new truck as new devices start to come online...

My first wish list would be...

1) eliminate some of the turbo lag (My 98.5 had some..but a van aiken box, boost module and elbow, a AFE Intake, and a Jannety racing 4" exhaust solved that issue!)

2) Make that turbo whine a little more...the new truck is way too quiet!

3) A few more ponies wouldn't hurt at all!

Welcome Plenty on this site to learn from. and if your not in a emissions compliant state you can see the fuel economy go up with the right mods after the warranty goes out.
