Diesel fuel injectors don't normally need "cleaned."

The injectors in my 1srGen have almost 100k miles on them now, never been removed, never had any snake oil fuel additives in the tank, truck runs better than new (finally broke in!).

pour about 1/2 quart of atf (auto trans fluid) in your fuel tank this info is from a peterbuilt mech a freind of mine will clean injectors up and extend their life do this about every four tanks ive been doing this for a while now and i have 260000 miles on my truck and no problems also incerases milage

If I was looking for something to put in the fuel tank besides fuel, I'd go with 2-stroke, qt./tank, every tank, always, forever.
