98.5 cummins wont start sometimes

Default 98.5 cummins wont start sometimes
my 98.5 cummins will not start if I make multiple stops sometmes. Its throwing injection pump and ecm codes. Im woundering if low batteries will cause tripped codes.

Low batteries or improper grounds can cause very strange DTC's, but I wouldn't be surprised if your VP44 were toast...
