Default 2002 dodge 3500 4x4 5.9 fuel mileage issue

Originally got 15-16 mpg, cut 6"x3" out of air box and removed res. and muffler, then went to 4" straight pipe turned out in front of rear wheels. Mileage went to about 18.6. About a month later mileage dropped to about 10-11. Installed fass 150,new vp44,edge juice w/ attitude. Mileage in stock and with chip sets at about 13-14. Any suggestions?

You should ask technical questions here: 24 Valve 2nd Gen Dodge Cummins 98.5-02 - Diesel Bombers
Have you cleaned your MAP and IAT sensors?
