Default Hello from the New Owners of Icebox Intakes

Hello,

Just wanted to introduce ourselves to everyone here on the forum. My name is Charlie and my best friend Barbara and I recently purchased Icebox Manufacturing from Mark Cescolini the first of January 2010.

It all started when I was doing some paintless hail repair at a local body shop and met Mark there and he got to sharing with me about his Icebox Cold Air Intakes. And I asked him if he had a webpage for them....and he said that he didn't right then but had in the past. In addition to doing a little paintless hail repair, among other things....I have been online and building webpages since 1995.

So this led to me securing the domain name www.iceboxintakes.com last October 2009 for Mark and building a website for the Icebox Cold Air Intakes. Somewhere after this time things changed in Mark's life and approached us about buying the business and one thing led to another and we successfully came to an agreement.

One of the first things Mark had shared with me was about Diesel Bombers and his sponsorship of the site but with us being so busy setting up the new business and shop this is the first chance that I have had to post on the forum.

We have been working hard to build up a stock of the Icebox Intakes so that when an order is placed that we can ship it out within 2-3 days. Service and support are very important to us so being able to get a top quality product like our Icebox Intakes custom powder coated and out to you very quickly after your order is placed is of utmost priority to us.

With that said we have had a difficult time getting setting up with some vendors but that is typical growing pains which we kinda expected but didn't want to face. But the worst is behind us now...

I do wish to ask for your help if I could. If you either own an Icebox Cold Air Intake and are pleased with it we would really appreciate it if you could contact us and let us know and or send us a testimonial if you could.

Or if you have one of our intakes and have concerns or suggestions we want to know that too....actually this is very important to us as we want to do everything that we can to improve our product so we would really appreciate your feedback.

And if you have only considered purchasing an Icebox Intake and haven't for any reason we would love to hear your thoughts on why you chose not to purchase...all in the spirit of helpful positive feedback.

Please email your testimonial, suggestions or concerns to charlie@iceboxintakes.com

And with that said I look forward to being able to spend more time on the forum and getting to know as many of you as possible. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at anytime. Thanks again and a big Hello to Diesel Bombers Members!

@ NickH...Thanks. Going to need all the help we can get...

@ RSWORDS....don't worry Mark is still around and is right here helping us as we move forward. I talk to Mark everyday and he is really doing great getting things in his life straightened out and he really has a new & renewed outlook on life. So please know that Mark is still around, just the business is taking a new direction. Hope that helps you...
