Angry noisy ttb 50

I have a 96 F-250 7.3 power stroke with a dana 50 ttb. I have replaced all u-joints both spindle bearings rt. side axle bearing. Removed the pig checked pinion & carrier brgs checked mesh pattern and set backlash to proper spec. damn thing is still very noisy. At least now I can turn the radio loud enough to cover it when I couldn't before. I am new to this 4x4 thing but just hsve trouble thinking thes things are this loud by nature.
