Default 97 PSD smoking and idling rough

Need Help, I have a 97 PSD, cyl 7 injector tip broke off and it melted down the piston. I rebuilt the engine and now it won't run smooth, I used a OBD and it gave me 2 codes and said the IDM could be bad. I replaced the IDM but it still idles really rough and smokes real bad ( blue gray smoke ). Any help would be great because it is making me crazy not being able to drive it.

what did you do when you rebuilt the motor? i assume you got new pistons, rods, rings, bearings, head gaskets and had the heads plained. new rings will make the motor smoke for a while until the rings seat and expand right, blue and grey smoke sounds like an injector though, i hope you replaced them...
