I put on a 2.5" lift and 36"tires on 18x9 rims. Since the mod I needed to replace the balljoints which were due anyhow, and now I have a clunking coming from the bushings in the track bar.

Any advice on if I should change the bar to a Thuren trac bar or will replacing the bushings on the stock bar be good?

I would recommend a third gen style track bar, and with your lift you should get an adjustable one. Thuren is good.
