Default 2005 W639 Mercedes Vito 115 CDI High Roof

I dunno if guys have these in the sates, if you did id guess they would be badged as a dodge.
Basically its a 2.2 liter Turbo Diesel Van, These things make about 110EKW and 290NM out of the Factory. I have managed to Extract 110 RWKW and flat line about 400nm with only Exhaust, Intercooler and piggyback chip. a lil bit of boost adjustment, 1 sensor mod, and an enlarged oil drain hole in the EGR valve if you can call it that.
I manageed to screw about 25 pound from the factory turbo, althouhg i generally run around at about 23psi. The old Girl has done 335000 kms 230000 kms with the mods and not showing any signs of slowing down and the engines never been out or had the head off, its still getting about 700 to 750 kms per tank with 1.3 ton constantly in the *** end ( Locksmith WOrk shop, and i am now using 20w-60 and an oil stableiser and now even after 10000 kms the oil is still new looking, **** fuel here is a killer, however i have found some servos with euro 4 spec fuel and caltex are doing this vortex diesel stuff, few and far between but it makes small increase in power but where you notice the good fuel is it lets it rev, the auto wants to drive each gear all the way out, prob better fuel econ. but i wouldny know i have been enjoying the extra power a bit and the biggest thing is no smoke, not even a puss at take off Bigger Diameter wheels give it a usuable top speed of about 210 km/h, on the dyno of course.... (currently 5 Speed Auto). Looking at bolting up the 6 speed manual, if it is at all possible. and / or maybe diff ratios. The Next step is LPG, I have heard great things about it and then a bigger turbo. if anyone knows anything about these vans or LPG let me know .
Cheers
