Great to be here, got diesel in my veins. My father's dad drove for OK Trucking for 30 years, he was a messenger during WW2. My mother's dad drove for Smith Transfer for 26 years, he drove the third tank to cross the Rhine River in WW2. My father was a Master Foreman for Cummins Engines 12 years and taught diesel mechanics at Ben Franklin vo-tech in Dunbar, WV.
My truck is a 2000 F250 7.3 PSD Lariat CrewCab 4x4. BullyDog RFI and 4 bank chip, 3 gauge a-pillar pod w trans temp, boost and EGT. Tornado, BullyDog trans shift kit, Walker Big Truck Muffler cause I didn't want the muffler delete option. '02 headlights, clear corner markers, '08 tailights, ARE camper top with rear wing, Pioneer DEH 6500 w remote head unit with direct p-bus cable to Pioneer XM Radio, eliminates that FM modulator hiss. Audiobahn 250 watt, 1 farad cap with two 12 inch dual voice coil subs in a custom box that fits behind the rear seat. Cerwin Vega door speakers. My '01 Ranger XLT has the Alpine w 4 channel amp setup that I may swap out later. I put two 4inch blower fans aimed at the turbo I switch on during cool down to speed up getting the turbo temp below 250 degrees before shutting off the engine.
9 years, 136,000 miles and lotsa smileage while driving, I made 3 Florida road trips this summer, two to Daytona and one to Palm Bay.
Keep that coal rolling.....
