I finally got my cap(after 4 weeks), ARE, the only one that fits correctly.
I had several issues/complaints with ARE for which they were of no help, their email before the purchase was in excusable.
My ARE dealer Cruiser's in Xenia,Ohio went the extra to make up for factory short comings.
I did get a new Dodge roof rack from cruiser's for $100. that I wanted to put on the cap to break up the flat profile.

GM 6" black side steps
GM window vent deflectors, sunroof deflector, bug shield
GMC bedrug
GM cargo rails
I believe I found the best prices for acces., no one else was within $200.
monday isspro's will be here, I will have to paint pillar mount
