Welcome to DieselBombers The oil you see all over the bottom could just be from the oil blow by tube or maybe you have a leak around your turbo oil lines or turbo seals. Do a search of oil blow by tube and you should find plenty of info

Oil leaks are not uncommon unfortunately on these vehicles. It seems as soon as I fix one, I find another... I would suggest trying to clean it all up to see if you can find where it's coming from and take it from there.

Welcome to the forum. As these guys said, clean it all off and see if you can pinpoint exactly where its coming from.

Be sure to post this in the truck tech section so we can get ya fixed up here. I bet new seal will fix ya up on most of this. The driveline seal on the tranny and if i had to make a bet the vacuum pump seal on the motor oil.
