Thanks! It's a beach access thing. Erosion from the canes has been causing problems with the waterline moving closer to the grass. From the dune grass to the water is public domain but we're having issues with people and businesses trying to build closer and closer to the actual beach and blocking public access. Prop 9 will protect the open beaches. I just want my future kids to be able to fish on the beach as much as I do. As you can tell by the screen name I'm a big shark fisherman . Where do you live in WI? I spent my high school years in De Pere.

I'm originally from south Texas. Just moved around a lot when I was young. My dad's fiancee at the time got a job up in Green Bay so we bought a small farm. I moved my cold butt back down to Texas and joined the Army when I was 19. I'm 25 now fixing to get out when I get home.
