any kind of cheap mods

hey everybody my names john.....i'm lookin at doin some cheep upgrades to my dodge i have an 05 ram 3500 single cab long bed dually the 5.9L 24V cummins if anyone has anyideas or anything i can do to the truck please let me know thanks alot

check out the used parts and the request a price quote areas

also check for a 2nd gen 24v intake manifold, get 5-15hp by swapping it out.
