Newby, just getting going
My first diesel was a 2001 Ford F350 Shortbed. Great truck (except for the transmission) !
My current is a 2006 Ford F350 Dually with the long bed. A very rugged vehicle. I use it for hauling a 11 1/2 foot camper, towing a 5th wheel trailer, hauling food for the county food bank and all the other dozens of needs required here in the Sierra foothills. So far the only mods are the Banks air filter system so that I can change the air filter without having to dismantle the whole front end. I went to diesel so that I can navigate the high mountain passes of Colorado where my family lives. Gas just can't cut it.
