I don't think I ever properly introduced myself, so here goes:
I currently live in Florida, and I recently bought the truck of my dreams: a 1997 Peterbilt 379 semi tractor. I intend to build it into a show truck, but unless I become a millionaire overnight, that's going to be a long-term project. It will definitely be a labor of love, though.
I was born and raised in Norway, which battles the UK for the title of highest fuel prices of any oil-producing nation. It was also freezing cold there, so I left after high school. Since then, I've lived in California, Texas and Florida -- all of which have much more agreeable climates. I also spent three years in Vienna, Austria -- which was cold, but not as bad as back home.
