Default Newb, wantin' to do a Swap

Sup everyone. I'm new to the site but not new to the world of diesels. I grew up on a the family farm around tractors of the Reg Varity so that's where my love of diesels started. I'm a cummins fan but have never had the chance to own one but I have helped my Dad modify his 04 F-250 w/ the 6.0. It has the Edge Evolution w/ Attitude Controler, AEM Brute Force Intake, and 4" Turbo Back Silver Line Exhaust.

The main reason I joined the site is cause I've been tryin to find a forum w/ some people that can help me do a 4BT swap on my 84 W100 Power Ram. Usually when I join another site I get the run around about how the 6BT is superior. I know, but I'm wanting to keep this truck a half ton and I'm think my Dana 44 and 9.25 1/2 ton axles will hold up to a 4bt than the 6bt and save me from having to do an axle swap.

Here's the pic of my Ram that I want to do the swap in:

Size: 127.2 KB

It currently has the 318 gas motor, 727 tranny, and NP 208 T.case along w/ axles I listed above.

With that Tranny Transfer Case and Axles your off to a pretty good start. 4BT swap would be no problem.

Welcome to the site also Post up in the Conversion Forums so more people can get some insight and help you out not everyone watches the iniations.
