Default New guy

hello all. my name is kyle and i am pretty new to the diesel world, and to fatherhood. bought my first diesel truck in june 08 and had my first son in feb 08, so i am tryin to learn them both at the same time. my truck is an 04.5 dodge cummins 2500 quad cab. as far as i know its has a 4 inch suspension lift (which just kinda came with it, the wife digs it), 35x12.5r17 american racing wheels with hankook dynapros. i think its pretty well stock with a cheap cold air intake,a high ram, and 5 inch straight pipes that 45 at the bumper. i am planning to do a little with it, nothing to much tho, i am trying to pay for a family. i work for a local garage door company as an installer, my wife works at a food distribution center taking orders over the phone (and the phone thing kinda follows her home too). i dont know a whole lot about diesel, just the basics and would love to learn more about them. the truck that i bought into was a local trade, and the guy before me really didn't take care of it too well. i had to put a new clutch and new u joints in it right away at 60k. well i guess thats about all i have to say for an introduction. so far i really dig the site that is put together here, everyone seems pretty cool (and ALOT of nice trucks floating around), and i hope i can get some help every now and then. i might ask some dumb questions sometimes just kinda bear with me please. thanks again from central PA,,,,,Kyle.
