New Member from Zanesville OH
Hey everyone I finally have got enough time in the day to be on more than one forum.
Like the title I live right outside zanesville OH in New Concord but my dad owns/ operates a 400 acre farm in z-ville w/ beef cattle and grows corn, soybeans, and hay. Basically I am his only help or the only person he wants to do everything.haha Keeps me busy and out of trouble that is until I start to break things on our equip. from the 70's 80's. Needless to say everything is diesel powered except for the quad, 5 tractors, dozer, skidsteer, and a combine. Easy to see why I love working/ learning about anything diesel esp. when I get to fix our stuff that always has something broke bc I have more patience to work on it than my dad.
I am currently a sophmore at Muskingum College bc apparently you supposed to have a degree to get anywhere. Yea, when my dad has his degs and is a self emp. farmer doing fine.
After I graduate I really want to go to a diesel tech school and really get to know how things work so I can do more than just the easy stuff on my truck and our farm equip.
My mom made the mistake of giving me a diesel mag for a gift this morn, needless to say no more presents were unwraped until I read the good stuff.hahahaha
If anyone around the area needs a hand let me know I don't mind tossing wrenches to learn something new. Merry Christmas Kevin
