Default Hello from Tennessee

I signed up yesterday - looks like an interesting site - has already saved me a chunk of change on my Powerstroke (Filter Drain Valve fix - 2 o-rings).

I have a 2000 F-250 6 Speed Powerstroke with Home Made open 4" exhaust and intake, TS Performance 5 step chip and 235,000 miles.

I also have a 2005 VW Jetta TDI 5 speed TipTronic with 87,000 miles - love this little grocery getter - but it would be better with MORE power. It is Stock for the moment.

I am a Mechanical Engineer and work for a manufacturer of Gas and Electric power tools (Pressure Washers, Welders, Paint Sprayers, etc) during the day, and have my own metalworking company in the evenings and weekends. I have 4' by 8' CNC Plasma Table, so if anyone wants some metal brackets or artwork cut, just let me know.

Hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas - talk to you soon,

James (engine_boy)

What are you waiting for to get that VW chipped? Alligator or Rocketchip all the way. You would be amazed at how a simple tune can wake that car up. I have an '06 Jetta with a Rocketchip tune, and am extremely happy with the results.
