I ran accross this thread and I'm needing info on these engines, I recently bought an 86 Ranger with the 4D55 in it, the throttle shaft is leaking fuel real bad where it passes through the pump housing. The ID plate is missing on the injection pump so I don't know the manufacturer or the pump no.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
