Default New guy from MS. with questions??

I have a 2001 3/4 Dodge 4x4 CUMMINS it has 4" exhaust a EDGE performance chip and a Banks high ram intake. It also has a K&N filter. I am wondering?? I just purchased some 50 hp. injectors. Will I need to upgrade my injection pump or lift pump. My VP44 is only about a year old also the lift pump was replaced at the same time. So Iam wondering will the VP44be ok with the bigger injectors?? Thanks for any insite

AL

Welcome to DieselBombers

Your vp44 should be fine but it is always a good idea to have a fuel pressure gauge to monitor your fuel pressure. And if your lift pump goes out I would highly recommend a after market system such as a fass or airdog

Fuel Pressure Gauge is a Must on VP44 trucks. FASS and Airdogs have a Lifetime Warranty so it will be the last lift pump you ever have to buy.
