Thanks for all the welcomes.
I have been working OT and have not had a chance to do much with the 5.9 yet.
Jeezus H, I have a lot to learn before I try to turn it up any.
Ya'll are talking about springs and modified pins, etc. Advancing the pump. And that is just on the 1st gen like I have (or hope to have soon. It is still at my cousins house. I have not taken posession of it yet. He is putting new rear seals and brakes on it...part of the deal.)
It has 300,000 + on the clock with the original clutch and G360 5 speed !!! SO, I am a bit cautious about doing too many mods before I save up enough to Rebuild the G360 or spend even more and put a 4500 in it. I don't intend to race it, etc. Just want a little more performance w/o hurting my fuel mileage. Like I said earlier, I am really interested in alt. fuels.
But then again, If I keep reading all these threads on Dyno results, 1/8 and 1/4 mile performance......I just might change my mind and build a sweet little pro street 2wd short bed or old ramcharger !!!! All it takes is a little $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

Thanks again.
