One in avatar is a 97 TJ. I compete with it in the RROCK rockcrawling series. It is probably the most stock of any competitor because I still want to be able to put in a back seat for kids and there is a limit as to how much $$$ I will spend.
-4.0 engine, AX-15 trans, flipped D300 with 4 to 1, Factory D44 rear with Detroit 4.56 gears, Ford HP D44 Front Detroit 4.56, MRW beadlocks, Cooper SST 35X12.50X15 (Cooper is a sponsor). Basically Rubicon Express 3.5 super flex kit. 2" body lift, flat skidplate. A lot of other small stuff to get things to work.

Also have 2 that are currently not running.
--77CJ5 with a 4.5L stroker with Renix injection, T18. Body and frame are about gone on this one. Need to pull the engine/tranny and scrap it. Currently has an electrical gremlin in wiring harness that I have not been able to locate. It had a small fire a few yrs ago that damaged the harness, so something is shorting in that mass of wires. It worked for a couple of yrs before this started.
--81CJ8 304, TF999, D300. Been bobbed by previous owner, also did a lot of rust repairs. Has a massive tranmission leak and need to swap axles as previous owner put stock axles back on to sell it and they are not even properly bolted in. Have a 78 Wagoneer front to put in it. Also have a 9" third member with Detroit and 4.56 gears, need to pick up a housing and some shafts. Outers on front need to be converted to Ford, so bolt patterns match. Put them in SOA, and my old Goodyears should fit. Need to figure out some kind of fuel injection (I think Howell finally fixed their issues with AMC engines). Exhaust also needs to be redone as it hangs way too low.

Here are some pix from last weekend.
