Default Introducing Myself

Greetings:

I don't actually have a Dodge yet; however, I have an overburdening desire to have a 2nd Generation, 5.9L Dodge 2500. I am for my entire life a Ford owner. Now time for change. The last 45 days or so have been spent feverishly researching Dodge Cummins and I have come to the conclusions that a 2nd Generation, 12V, P7100, with a manual transmission is where I need to be for the rest of my life (or at least as long as one can find parts economically)!!!

I am more than open to any advice, offers to sell me one, or advice on where to find one. I am going to replace a 1993 Ford F350 Dually, 7.3L IDI with a Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins 5.9L Diesel (as evidenced by the chosen name).

I am in the Midwest, very close to St. Louis and very eager to find some like-minded individuals....sure there are thousands of people, just none of these specific trucks for sell, hehe. Anyway, thanks for the forum and the opportunity to have a place to learn...look forward to it!!!

Vr,
Lloyd

Welcome to the site.
I have a 9712valve and love it., but mine has an auto unfortunately.
You can go to the potential buyers section for questions on the 12valve,or the 12valve Cummins section.
